Living near the beach has long been a dream which I finally realized in 2004 and I love the lifestyle that a small seaside community offers. My interests and hobbies include walking on the beach, reading, and getting involved with the local community.
Dedication to the success of my clients has proven to be one of my best assets. A clear understanding of the importance of deadlines and going the extra mile to meet them is a matter of personal and professional pride. I've found that one key to establishing and maintaining quality relationships is clear communications.
Using the Eclipse edit version allows me to update Eclipse files directly. My clients find that by my using the comments function to offer suggestions, explain the corrections, and comments enables them to see the reasoning behind the changes or suggestions and they can accept those changes or not as appropriate. My clients simply scan for my mark to locate the comments and then the associated changes in the file thereby speeding the reconciliation process.
"Morson's English Guide for Court Reporters" and "The Gregg Reference Manual" are my primary resources for grammar and punctuation. I use a variety of sites to research technical terms and have experience working with medical, construction, aviation, business disputes in addition to some criminal trial work.
My client base includes reporters located across the nation, including: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington D.C. Building a team approach to the business by becoming a partner with my clients and their scopists enables my clients to eliminate idle time between the scoping and proofreading of their work.
I welcome the opportunity to assist you with your legal proofreading needs.
Thank you for your interest.
